"I am very dissatisfied with my experience. The shipping was significantly delayed. When I contacted customer service to check the status of my order, I was informed that it had not even been shipped yet. After a long delay, the item was eventually sent. Upon arrival, I discovered that the product had already been used. This is a medical item that I urgently needed prior to a scheduled procedure. My doctor had instructed me to use it one month before surgery, and the timing of my procedure depended on it. Due to the delay and the unacceptable condition of the item, I was unable to use it and had to return it and purchase the same product elsewhere. After returning the item, I still have not received my refund. When I followed up, I was told that I would be responsible for the return shipping cost, which is unreasonable given that the issue was not my fault. Additionally, I received inconsistent information from different representatives—one stated that a return would not be necessary and that I would receive a refund, while another insisted on a return label and sending the item back. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially given the medical urgency. I expect a full refund, including all shipping costs, as soon as possible."
