Hard to size correctly

"I followed the measurement instructions on the website and ordered a size large. They are extremely difficult to put on and even more difficult to remove. I believe I should have ordered an extra-large petite size instead. I have laundered them and worn one pair so I don't believe I can return them. I think they should include the shoe size in their measurements. When I finally got them on, I found them to reduce swelling and felt good on my legs. I am an RN and I assure you I measured correctly and ordered the size indicated by the size chart."

"Stocking is ok EXCEPT that the upper band is too tight. It leaves indentations in my skin just below my knees. Those indentations remain for hours. The length of the stocking up my calf seems right, just the elastic band at top is too confining."

The only complaint I have

"The only complaint I have is that they constantly slip down my leg. I see there is an option for a silicon no slip sock, but it is $80. I already thought $40+ was too much for the pair I ordered. I am not seeing $80 quality; heck I don't even see $40 quality. I unfortunately order these because I cannot find another petite wide calf option in other brands."

"I ordered two pair of the same size of these knee high stockings, but when I compared the length, one pair is 2 inches shorter than the other. The packaging is identical, as ordered. I am going to have to return the shorter pair, which will not go far enough up my leg to suit its purpose. Very disappointed about this inconsistency."
