Knee High Measuring Instructions

Ankle Measurement

1.  Measure around your ankle (this measurement is called the circumference). Place the measuring tape at the narrowest part of the ankle, about half an inch above the ankle bone.

Note: This must always be your first measurement

Calf Measurement

2.  Find the widest part of your calf. Measure the circumference of your calf.

Calf Length

3.  Sit on a chair with your legs at a 90-degree angle. Measure the distance from 1 finger below the bend in your knee to the floor.

Take these recorded measurements and use them in conjunction with the sizing chart for the item you're interested in purchasing, to ensure you get the proper fit. Thigh High Measuring Instructions

Ankle Measurement

4.  Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.

Wrist Measurement

1.  Measure the wrist circumference at the narrowest part of the wrist.


Elbow Measurement

2.  Measure the elbow circumference at the elbow crease.


Axilla Measurement

3.  Measure the axilla (underarm) circumference just underneath the armpit.

Palm Measurement

1.  Measure the palm circumference at the widest part of your hand (thumb excluded).


Wrist Measurement

2.  Measure the wrist circumference at the narrowest part of the wrist.
